Public Joint Stock Company "Yenakiieve Iron and Steel Works”  
is looking for cooperation with a company specialized at complex servicing of computer, office and printing & copying equipment.

Cooperation Objective:  Providing  of complex servicing of computer, office and printing & copying equipment at PJSC "Yenakiieve Steel” and Makiivka Branch of PJSC "Yenakiieve Steel”.
Scope of Responsibility: Computer, office and printing & copying equipment troubleshooting, repair, routine maintenance, supply and installation of consumables and spare parts for computer, office and printing & copying equipment.  
Basic requirements to the contractor:

• Adherence to the METINVEST HOLDING LLC corporate standards.
• Absence of payment obligations to the state budget (taxes etc.).
• Services are to cover the whole range of computer and printing equipment at PJSC "Yenakiieve Steel”
• Fulfillment of all requests related to computer, office and printing equipment at the enterprise
• Trouble-free operation of computer, office and printing equipment at the enterprise
• Elimination of equipment down time due to lack of spare parts and consumables.
• Requests fulfillment is to comply with the time parameters for the users’ requests processing, set forth in the Services Agreement, services payment depends on % of requests fulfillment within the agreed time period.  
• The quality of performed works must correspond to the needs of IT services users at PJSC "Yenakiieve Steel”
• Availability of replaceable stock of computer and printing equipment in number of 1% from the equipment total quantity in case of urgent necessity to replace a piece of equipment that has come out of order.    

• Reporting in a monthly basis that allows controlling the monthly consumption of consumables and spare parts, malfunctions report, invoices detalisation by the requests groups. 

Selection of contractor will be carried out by tender holding. Tender terms and technical specification can be requested by the given contact data.
